グラウンドが使用できたため、練習を行いました。

メニューにはダッシュと首トレとありますが、体調が悪くなった人もいたので、中止にして、各自アフターを行いました。

This page seems to recieve a large ammount of visitors. How do you advertise it? It gives a nice unique spin on things. I guess having something real or substantial to talk about is the most important factor.
