人数・天候等、不利な条件ばかりでしたが、現役生の予想以上の奮闘に胸が熱くなりました。本当に良く頑張ったと思います。まずは疲れをとり、次戦への英気を養ってください。
４０点差の敗戦は、現段階の他チームとの力の差です。この差を埋めるため、１人１人が考え、行動していくことがチーム・フットボーラーとしての成長に繋がると思います。分らない事があればどんどん上級生・ＯＢに聴いて行きましょう。僕も出来る限り協力します。

１点気になったのは、試合準備が充分にできていないプレーヤーが何人か見受けられたことです。スパイク、ジャージ、防具のメンテナンスは当然のこと、アサインメントの整理、試合開始前の食事タイミングとその内容....全て各プレーヤーが気を配るべき事です。個人の都合で過度にマネージャーさんを頼るのはもう止めましょう。マネージャーさんはチーム全体をサポートしてくれているのです。
今後は、その辺りを行動で示してもらえることを期待しています。
